Sand Washer
Sand Washer
A sand washer is a machine used to separate mud, clay, and soil from aggregates. Its working process is based on using water and rotating the material in the water flow to remove impurities.
The use of powerful electric motors also improves the washing speed of the sand. This machine can be used alongside a dewatering screen to separate filler material as well, while also reducing water consumption.
Kasra Sangshekan sand washers are manufactured in two types: wheel bucket and spiral.

Wheel Bucket Sand Washer (Scrubber)
The wheel bucket sand washer is suitable for high-capacity production lines. Its low rotational speed, large settling basin, and high muddy water discharge outlet allow maximum settlement of filler and result in drier produced sand.
This machine is manufactured in two types: single-blade and double-blade.
Spiral Sand Washer
In this machine, materials together with water are fed into the sand washing basin, where they are conveyed toward the discharge outlet by a spiral screw. A portion of the used water is also drained out.
The capacity of this type of sand washer depends on factors such as the diameter of the spiral, rotational speed, basin volume, and screw pitch. These machines are manufactured in various sizes and lengths.
