Sand Making Machine
Sand Making Machine
Sand makers are used in mines where the main objective is the production of crushed sand. The sand makers manufactured by Kasra Sangshekan Industrial Group are produced in three types: Bucket, Rabbit, and Rock & Rock, with various capacities and features.
These machines are capable of crushing dry, non-cohesive materials with a compressive strength of up to 450 MPa, such as quartz, basalt, limestone, granite, and other mineral rocks.
Bucket Type Sand Maker
The bucket-type sand maker is used to improve the grading process in mines. The basic design of this sand maker is based on impact crushers (Kubit type), with modifications applied to the hammer performance.
The hammer mechanism in the bucket sand maker is designed so that the hammers rotate around a horizontal shaft and strike the material against the anvils. In this way, the crushing process is carried out and the grading is optimized.
The bucket sand maker is considered a secondary crusher, designed by the experienced engineers of Kasra Sangshekan after passing all quality control stages before production.
The expertise of Kasra Sangshekan specialists and precision in design and manufacturing, along with the use of high-quality components, have made this bucket-type sand maker one of the best among its competitors.

Rabbit Type Sand Maker
These sand makers are hammer-type machines in which the crushing process takes place around a vertical axis. The production capacity of this machine is 25–30 tons per hour, with approximately 70% of the output being 0–6 mm sand or suitable filler.
The rabbit-type sand maker is manufactured in two versions: thin shaft and thick shaft. The feed size of this machine is 2.5 cm, and it is equipped with three side access doors, which facilitate maintenance and repair operations.

Secondary Crusher
Rock & Rock
This machine is used as a secondary crusher. The centrifugal sand maker (Rock & Rock type) is capable of producing cubical, well-shaped aggregates in compliance with the latest standards for sand and gravel production used in asphalt and concrete applications.
The centrifugal crusher (Rock & Rock) is also widely used for crushing hard rocks such as feldspar, silica, dolomite, barite, and similar materials. Its crushing system operates on a self-crushing mechanism.
All hammers in the Rock & Rock machine are made of tungsten carbide, while the rotor—its most critical component—is manufactured from Hardox 400 steel.
