Impact Crusher

Impact Crusher

These types of crushers, available in various capacities and sizes, are used for crushing quarry, mineral, and river stones with relatively low hardness and low silica content. The inner lining of the machine is covered with highly wear-resistant parts that are easily replaceable. The hammers are mounted on the rotor using special cartridges and springs in a way that they are firmly fixed in place, with no movement or displacement during operation.

The top of the machine is also lined with wear-resistant breaker plates (anvils), and the shaft is mounted on bearings that are fully protected against dust ingress. These crushers consist of three main sections that can be easily separated, including the rotor, upper section, and lower section. The rotor is installed on the lower part of the machine, while the upper section can be opened using a hydraulic mechanism and hydraulic jacks. As a result, the rotor and internal components are easily accessible and replaceable.

Features

Features of the Impact Crusher (Kubit Type)

  • The hammers are installed in three cartridge slots with six edges, allowing six working positions and up to 70% utilization.
  • Fast and easy replacement of hammers.
  • Adjustment bolts for controlling and adjusting product size (grading).
  • Due to high inertia at high speed, the machine requires lower driving power.
  • Produces high-quality, well-shaped output aggregates.

HS series

HS Series Impact Crushe

The HS Series Impact Crusher is used for crushing hard stones. The HS series is equipped with three individually adjustable rows of breaker plates, which allow precise control over production. The upper breaker plate is made of one-piece manganese steel, while the middle and lower breaker plates are made of an iron body covered with manganese shoes.

The HS impact crusher utilizes a very heavy-duty disc rotor. The rotor generates high torque and significant energy, ensuring stable rotation under full feed conditions and reduced power consumption. The hammers, breaker plates, and protective wear parts are all made of manganese steel, resulting in a long service life.

Secondary Crusher

Rock & Rock

This machine is used as a secondary crusher. The centrifugal sand maker (Rock & Rock type) is capable of producing well-graded, cubical aggregates in compliance with the latest standards for sand and gravel production used in asphalt and concrete applications.

The centrifugal crusher (Rock & Rock) is also widely used for crushing hard stones such as feldspar, silica, dolomite, barite, and others. Its crushing system operates on a self-crushing mechanism.

All hammers in the Rock & Rock machine are made of tungsten carbide, and the rotor—its most critical component—is manufactured from Hardox 400 steel.
